If you’re struggling with substance abuse, you’re not alone. Valley Recovery Center provides kind, compassionate, and evidence-based services for men and women suffering from substance abuse as well as co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or PTSD.
Valley Recovery’s staff have devoted their lives to helping clients experience the benefits of sober living. When you enter the facility, a staff member will conduct an initial biopsychosocial evaluation before developing a customized treatment plan.
Valley Recovery Center’s programming combines educational and process oriented groups. Clients will learn:
Clients have two options for their recovery: the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). PHP runs 5-7 days a week for six hours a day, while IOP is designed to be more flexible and offers morning, afternoon, or evening sessions 3-5 times per week. Family members are integrated into both PHP and IOP treatment as clinically indicated—providing an opportunity to learn more about co-occurring issues, addictive processes, and relapse triggers.
Valley Recovery’s aftercare program incorporates continuing care appointments as well as a free alumni support group. This emphasis on continuum of care disease management ensures that clients have easy access to the resources they need to maintain their sobriety.
